SHTP 2010

I skippered Idefix in the 2010 Singlehanded Transpacific Race. The SHTP is a 2120-nautical mile race from San Francisco to Hanalei, Hawaii, non-stop, singlehanded. It’s organized by the San Francisco Singlehanded Sailing Society.

Idefix finished the race in 14 days, 9 hours, 34 minutes and 31 seconds, and was awarded the Hanalei Yacht Club Trophy for First Monohull Overall on corrected time, the Jim Tallet Memorial Trophy for First Yacht from outside northern California, and the Grover Nibouar Trophy for First ULDB Monohull on elapsed time.
